I’m sure you all may know that picking an attorney isn’t always the easiest decision. There are so many factors to consider when choosing the right personal injury lawyer for you.

Before selecting an attorney, you should always ask yourself: What are the main things that you would ask a personal injury lawyer if you were injured in an accident and wanted to hire them as your attorney?

We spoke with Personal Injury Law Attorney, Alex Litowsky, and she stated that there are two main things to ask a Personal Injury Law Attorney if you’ve been injured in an accident.

The 1st question you should ask is: What is your experience with handling types of cases like mine?

Why ask this? Because you want to know that your attorney knows how to handle your cases and that they truly know how to bring them to a conclusion.

The 2nd set of questions you should ask are: Do I have access to my attorney and his team during the course of my case? Am I going to be able to get my attorney on the phone? Am I going to be communicated with?

Why ask this? These are things that you really want to know before choosing an attorney so that you can have full access to your case throughout the entirety of your claim and have full access or communication with the attorney representing you.
